Call, text or email us anytime. During the initial contact, we will answer any questions you may have and gather information which will help us prepare for our in-person meeting.
We will then meet with you at your home or wherever you feel the most comfortable. Our main goal during this meeting is to listen to you and to put your mind at ease. We will then get a better idea of what is important to you so we can understand more comprehensively what you are looking for.
We will then create a detailed list of Living Options based on your specific needs. This step will relieve the stress and time-consuming task of researching all the options out there.
Once you go over the list, we will serve as the point of contact between you and the options you choose. We will arrange tours, accompany you on site visits, assist you with the application process and work closely with you until you find the right home.
Once you have decided on your new home, we can help with the planning and logistics of your moving services.
After you’ve made your move, we will follow up with you to make sure you’re happy in your new home! We will continue to act as your advocate and ensure you are receiving the services you were expecting and can connect you with additional resources as needed.
Our services are at no cost to you because we are compensated by the communities when you move in. We work on your behalf, not for any one provider.
